Terms of Service

The terms that govern use of the SynaFox website, content, and demonstrations.

Effective July 31, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the SynaFox website, content, and any demonstrations or trials we make available through it. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Access to the SynaFox platform itself, including pilots, subscriptions, and enterprise deployments, is governed by a separate written agreement between SynaFox and the customer. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls.

You may use this website for lawful business purposes: evaluating our platform, requesting a demonstration, reviewing documentation and published content, and contacting our team.

You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the site or its infrastructure; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data; scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content except as permitted by our robots directives; introduce malicious code; misrepresent your identity or affiliation; or use the site to develop a competing product by copying our proprietary materials.

Requesting a demonstration does not create a contract or obligate either party to proceed. Demonstrations may use sample, synthetic, or customer-provided data, and any results shown are illustrative of platform capability rather than a guarantee of outcomes in your environment.

Pilots and trials are subject to a separate written scope that defines duration, success criteria, data handling, and conversion terms. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer capable of acceptance without a signed agreement.

The SynaFox name and logo, the Synagent engine, the platform, this website, and all related software, models, documentation, designs, text, graphics, and other content are the property of SynaFox or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view and download content from this site for your internal evaluation purposes. No other license is granted. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit our content without our prior written consent.

Operational data that a customer or prospective customer provides to us, whether for a demonstration, a pilot, or a production deployment, remains the property of that customer. We use it only to deliver the agreed services and protect it under confidentiality obligations set out in the applicable agreement.

If you send us information through this website, do not include sensitive operational details, security-critical configurations, or regulated data before an appropriate confidentiality agreement is in place.

Content on this website, including performance figures, efficiency claims, market statistics, and technical descriptions, is provided for general informational purposes. It does not constitute engineering, safety, regulatory, financial, or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for professional judgment, licensed engineering review, or compliance with applicable codes and standards.

Outputs of the SynaFox platform, including simulations, predictions, and recommendations, are decision-support tools intended for use by qualified personnel. The platform is designed for human-in-the-loop operation, and customers remain responsible for operational decisions, safety systems, and regulatory compliance in their facilities.

This website may link to third-party sites, scheduling tools, or services that we do not control. We provide these links for convenience and are not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of third parties. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms.

This website and its content are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SynaFox disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and any warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that content will be accurate or current.

Warranties applicable to the SynaFox platform, if any, are stated exclusively in the customer’s signed agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SynaFox and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of this website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to this website will not exceed one hundred United States dollars. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SynaFox from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of this website.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of this website at any time. We may also update these terms as our business or legal obligations change. Updates take effect when posted, and the effective date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through direct discussion before pursuing formal proceedings. Any dispute not resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Michigan, and each party consents to venue there.
